Presenter:  Jamie Brunkow, Director of Advocacy & River Ecology for the James River Association

Jamie’s talk will focus on the restoration of the James River, including progress on fisheries, wildlife, and water quality.  He will also discuss opportunities for KYC members to support conservation efforts, ranging from shoreline assessments to tagging Atlantic Sturgeon with VCU researchers. For nearly 50 years, the non-profit James River Association has been a leading voice for the river’s conservation and stewardship.
